Ontario / website evidence
Understand your website accessibility gaps before completing reporting work.
For Ontario teams reviewing a public website, request a scoped website conversation. We’ll clarify the technical review, relevant threshold context, price and timing before any work begins.
Scope note: Ontario reporting guidance describes a 20+ employee threshold; public-website guidance describes a separate threshold for designated public-sector organizations, and for businesses/nonprofits with 50 or more employees. This page does not determine your legal obligations.
What we keep separate
Reporting is not the same as website scope.
- Reporting contextOrganization type, employee band and reporting cycle answer different questions and are collected separately.
- Website evidenceReview the page, states and journeys that people actually use.
- Technical next stepScope assessment, remediation or evidence support without a signed-compliance shortcut.

Next service to discuss
Technical evidence, not a filing shortcut.
After the focused review, we can discuss a scoped website assessment, remediation or reporting support. The organization and its advisers make final compliance determinations and submissions.

Scope assessment, implementation guidance, retest and evidence updates separately.
Before you send
Questions, answered plainly.
Does 20+ mean my website must meet the 50+ rule?
No. The Ontario reporting threshold and public-website guidance address different questions. Review the official sources and scope your facts with appropriate advisers.
Does a review establish compliance?
No. It is technical assessment and reporting support for an agreed scope, not a complete organizational compliance determination or signed certification.
Can smaller organizations still ask for help?
Yes. Employee band is an initial routing signal, not a reason to block a legitimate technical accessibility request.
