Privacy / request handling
Your request should stay a request.
This notice describes the information the site asks for, why it is used and which third-party services receive information when you choose them. It does not replace jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Last reviewed: September 12, 2026. Questions about this notice or a request for correction or deletion can be sent to alexander@virtuallycreative.ca.
Information collected
What you send
Review forms ask for a page, product or service URL when relevant, an email address, and optional context such as a procurement request, reporting preparation, customer task or upcoming release. Project forms may also ask for organization, selected service and deadline context.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, access tokens, private customer data or confidential findings through a public form. Authenticated access is arranged separately after scope.
Forms include a durable request identifier, offer/segment context and allowlisted campaign fields so a request can be routed and reconciled. The page URL is treated as submitted data; the site does not crawl it or make transactions.
Use and sharing
Why it is used
Virtually(Creative) uses request information to respond, clarify scope, coordinate the engagement and follow up on the requested service. Virtually(Creative) may share the technical context needed with an independent accessibility provider assigned to perform a manual review or technical scope. That provider uses it to deliver the agreed work and is expected to protect it.
Netlify processes Netlify Forms submissions and makes accepted records available to the site owner. The practice is responsible for reviewing accepted requests and sending any response through its configured workflow.
There is no automatic marketing subscription from a review or project request. Any future marketing choice must be separate, optional, unchecked by default and described with its sender and purpose.
Optional measurement
Analytics is optional.
The site does not load Google Tag Manager until you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent control. Choosing “Continue without analytics” leaves the request forms and booking links usable. If analytics is enabled, the site may send allowlisted page, campaign, CTA, form-state and funnel-stage events to the configured container.
Ordinary analytics events do not include submitted URLs, email addresses, free-text context or request identifiers. Campaign fields are limited to the allowlisted UTM keys and are treated as untrusted input. Browser storage may remember your measurement choice and first-touch campaign values.
Booking
Google Calendar is a separate choice.
If you use the booking calendar, you leave this site or load a Google Calendar embed. Google processes the information needed to show availability and create or manage the appointment under its own terms and privacy practices. Opening the calendar is not counted as an appointment by this site.
If the calendar is unavailable, use the direct project inquiry form. For a privacy question or correction/deletion request, email alexander@virtuallycreative.ca and do not include sensitive information.
Retention and choices
Keep information only as needed.
The site does not publish a fixed retention period because the actual practice, account settings and service records must determine it. Request information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for response, delivery, relationship or required recordkeeping.
You can ask about information held for a request, or ask for correction or deletion, through alexander@virtuallycreative.ca. We will review the request against the applicable process and respond through that channel.
