How we work
Clear evidence. Practical fixes. No theatre.
Virtually(Creative) treats accessibility as delivery work: define the experience, test real tasks, explain what blocks people, help the team fix it and verify the changed result.
Working principles
Useful work is specific.
- Manual + assistive techKeyboard and screen-reader testing where it changes the answer.
- Developer-readySeverity, evidence, user impact and fix direction in the same finding.
- Stable through re-testClear status for what changed and what remains.
- Honest limitsScope and method are stated; legal conclusions stay with counsel.
The delivery path
Scope. Evaluate. Resolve. Verify.
Each stage can stand alone or form a complete path from first question to verified change.
- 01
Scope the system
Identify representative templates, critical journeys, environments, standards, access needs and exclusions.
- 02
Test real tasks
Combine automated signals with manual review of structure, content, forms, focus, reflow and interactions.
- 03
Make the work actionable
Group root causes, prioritize human impact and write the next engineering or content change plainly.
- 04
Verify the release
Re-test agreed changes in the contracted environments and keep the status of each finding visible.
Boundaries that protect the work
A report is not a badge.
An audit describes the tested scope, method, findings and limitations. An ACR documents an evaluation for a specific product and version. Neither is a universal certification, legal opinion or promise that a buyer will accept the result.
Automated tools are useful for candidate detection and regression checks. They do not replace manual testing of interaction, focus, labels, error handling or the experience of completing a task.
Your team owns product context, implementation decisions, organizational claims and legal or procurement interpretation. Virtually(Creative) owns the technical work that is explicitly included in the agreed scope.
